Number of sales and date that number was acquired from in notes for each. Some of them I have personally estimated a higher figure than the date says.

No. 162 would be Nippon no Rekishi. It's for children and I can't find it on MAL. It has 24 volumes and started in 1981, and has sold 20.2 million (March 19th, 2020).

No. 165 would be Cuffs - Kizu Darake no Chizu by Jin Tojo, and has sold 20 million (February 14th, 2022).

No. 183 would be The Tale of Genji by Waki Yamato. Couldn't find exactly which one it was she made, and has sold 20 million (May 1st, 2021).

To play after reading

An ongoing list of the most important/influential figures in post-war manga and some of their most important series. In no particular order.

Post-war refers to after World War II. So the list will exclude figures most known for works which came out prior to the War like Tagawa Suiho and Yokoyama Ryuuichi, as well as some figures not currently on MAL, such as Fukui Eiichi.

Weekly Shounen Jump Series that I wish would get an English translation.

I also want Viz to finish GinTama and Reborn.

I organized this list with the main timeline stuff first, the reboots/remakes second, the spin offs third and the crossovers last.

Surprised no one has made this list yet, but these are all the manga and novels (that I could find on MAL) that have debuted in the Super Robot Wars series. Ordered in debut order, with what game each series debuted in.

OBS:

That version of "Koe no katachi" here is the "Special Edition".
That new version of "1945" is a re-release.

There is so little Jump manga from the 70's that are fully translated into English's, but these are the one's that I was able to find.

Complete list of the book 501 mangas to read in Spanish

I couldn't find the manga (Gekiga Mō Takutō-den) It is a manga about the life of Mao Zedong by Fujiko Fujio A.

I couldn't find the manga for (Samurai-tachi no México) which is about the first Japanese immigrants who went to Mexico. Hisashi Ueno, Konohana Sakuya, I'm not sure what part of the manga each did.

I couldn't find the manga either (Mibu - elBulli)

Manga somehow related to Clamp: referenced in their works and mentioned in interviews.

Not on MAL:

Comet-san by Mitsuteru Yokoyama (Kobato inspiration)
