Listed here are only manga where one story fills out the entire volume. Manga with included one-shots that have nothing to do with the main story as well as collections of several short stories are excluded.

so much bad bl out there. fortunately for you, i’ve gone on a mission to scrub through a bunch of them, and came out with quite a few actually good ones that care about consent and don’t portray mlm as sexual objects for your consumption! here’s a curated collection of my favs (rated 7 or higher)

The setting , the story and the character interactions in these mangas will just leave you squealing in a puddle of cuteness and wholesomeness.

Without anything sad, upsetting, hurtful, or over-the-top drama. Wholesome romance for a pleasant read. Only the happy stuff!

boys love manga that features consent, realistic characters, and that I personally liked enough to recommend.

WARNING: READERS MIGHT SUFFER FROM THE HIGH LEVELS OF FLUFF AND SWEETNESS.

A collection of the sweetest, most heartwarming and fulfilling shounen ai manga and manhwa. (Though these are undoubtedly shounen ai, a few of them may contain a little spice and if you don't find that kind of thing to your liking, make sure to do your research!) And yes, I am a Nagisa Furuya superfan.
