It is very similar because the main lead gives Tamaki vibes he is very outgoing and expressive. The school she attends is very similar to Ouran academy. It is because it is an elite, private school for rich people. Even the main characters from Ouran (Haruhi) and The Prince's Romance Gambit (Yoshida) were considered as commoners. The people who go each of their schools are extremely wealthy people. 

Both involve a "Perfect" male lead (Hero/"super rich and handsome prince")that is attracted to a plain, normal female lead (Palace maid/commoner). In both cases the female lead finds the advances from the male lead troubling to a certain extent.
