(This review has soft spoilers about this manga, btw my language of origin is Spanish, so forgive me in advance if I had an error)
Before I start I think it's worth mentioning that this is my first time doing this, but I will strive to do at least a decent job, it's really sad to see this manga without any review.
First of all, Hen na Neesan is an erotic manga written by Yoshitomi Akihito, a man who from what I've seen specializes in manga of this type, although sometimes jumping to the genre of action, beyond this i have nothing else to mention about

the author since it is the first work of his that I read and the others do not seem to stand out much.
The manga tells us several stories of people who either due to a specific event or to an object in particular can do things that others do not, for example using pills to shrink, travel to the past through a mirror, have an older sister when until yesterday you were an only child and a few other things, of course having all these erotic results.
The important thing comes here, why should you read Henna Neesan? The first thing I can point out is that Hen na Neesan is hilarious, the characters are charismatic (except for maybe one) and the jokes and funny events are asking for mouth, but of course, it's an absurd humor, keep that in mind before you see it.
Another thing that can be mentioned is the ability to normalize events that may seem unpleasant if you look from one moment to another, and this is more evident in the last chapters of the manga, where everything jumps a step in the level of absurdity to be able to explain everything that happens in the story. (Specifically, if you see a lot of aliens drinking human semen and the queen bathing in it together with her newborn daughter without any context a little surprised you will be at least).
And to finish, the story could seem like a lot of sketches without sense to laugh a while or to play with your friend the goose if you like what you see, but in the end everything connects in a way that I personally did not expect and that i truly enjoy, explaining every event that appears in the manga and where it originates, of course, is not complicated to understand or have symbolisms or things like that, it's just fun to see how they connect the bunch of absurd things that you just see.
In conclusion, it's an interesting manga, I liked it a lot and it's quite entertaining, I think the chapter that I liked the most was Hakase to Atashi, you'll see why. I didn't put more note to it because I don't think an erotic manga deserves more than this, 8 is more than what i would normally put to manga like this, but I think he deserves it.
