Manga: Itai no wa Iya nanode Bougyoryoku ni Kyokufuri Shitai to Omoimasu.
Both manga is about VRMMOs where the MC use their skill points for something others think is useless or never thought about it. A very calm way to play the game and a very chill story in the beginning I recommend these for any hints when we get a VRMMOs in irl.

Manga: VRMMO de Summoner Hajimemashita
These two manga has a male protagonist who enter a virtual reality online fantasy game with a unique class (weak class) but due to the mechanics that you can’t change genders but can alter the appearance they made there avatar look more like a female because there real life self look more feminine but beside that both are very unique and have a lot of action being a VRMMO and they make the weak class look awesome. I recommend both if you like fantasy, video game, and trap.

Manga: Honzuki no Gekokujou: Shisho ni Naru Tame ni wa Shudan wo Erandeiraremasen Dai 1-bu - Hon ga Nai nara Tsukureba Ii!
Only sense online is about mc who makes a cute girl character however he is a complete noob so he chooses the wrong "senses", and has to hustle with craftingskills and potion making in order to make use of himself. they are similar in that the mc is cute and the premise of fantasy is similar as well as the crafting aspect.

1) Both protagonist experimented with various materials for crafting. In LMD the mc experimented for crafting golems and in OSO the mc experimented for crafting more materials 2) The history is set in a fantasy world. Well, in OSO is in a fantasy game world
