Same idea as 'Etowa' but instead they're called 'Neco' x)  

Both stories are about 'dolls' and are yaoi, Etowa is a be sweeter then Private Prince but their both really good. 

both are about androids living among people and falling in love 

both of them have androids living together with people and falling in love 

In both mangas, the stubborn, main character has someone thrust in front of them to make said stubborn character calm down and open up a bit more. The person in front of them turns out to be cute, but still, a boy. Also, the stubborn main character (the seme) gets used to the person (the uke) thrust to him. In the end, the "seme" falls in love with the "uke" and won't allow the "uke" to leave his side. Of course, both are yaoi. Etowa has more than one story while Wane Koi Tsumi is only a one-shot. But both have very light stories. 

Living androids with feelings are now the "in" thing. Both Etowa and Hybrid Child includes this to their story, with the actual human thinking if it's okay, since they [the androids] shouldn't be feeling emotions in the first place. Although Etowa brings a lighter story, Hybrid Child still contains a good one. Oh, both contain yaoi, too.
