Well, part two. This one will cover all the Fate series outside of Fate/Grand Order.
For some reason MAL don't have Fate/Requiem and Fate/Lost Einherjar (Light Novels), soooo add those in your heart... or send them a message saying that we want those two to be added :^) (More than a year later and still no Requiem or Lost Einherjar btw).

Concerning read order. If you want my opinion, I would say that the Visual Novel of Fate/stay night is the best starting point. But you can read tha mangas of the same name Fate->UBW->HF->Last Episode that adapt the VN. For storytelling reasons this order is important. Because you cannot move to the next one without the knowledge of the previous one. The "Last Episode" is adapted into a One-shot that is not in MAL so I can't put it here. The One-shot in cuestion is named Curtain Call and is illustrated by Nakatani.
But, hey, you don't have to follow this order, just do what you want and enjoy!

Also, among Fate timelines there are a lot continuities. So I put from what "world tree" is every work.

Fate/stay night Remastered Visual Novel is officially in english on Steam and Nintendo Switch. Give it a try if you like the Fate/stay night mangas! And Fate/Hollow Ataraxia coming with an official TL this 2025.

Also Fate/Extella and Fate/Extella Link (pseudo-sequels to Fate/Extra) are on steam and PS4. Also also, Fate/Samurai Remnant on steam and PS4. Also also also, Emiya-san cooking game is on Nintendo Switch. And Fate/Extra Record coming to PlayStation and Steam this 2025.

Arguably the most important aspect of the story is character writing and nothing beats characters that are carefree while at the same time written incredibly well. Extra points for stories that feature a very dangerous world that further enhances the way the characters act.
