Manga featuring characters who have some physical or mental issues. Including but not limited to physical handicaps leaving the character without the use of certain body parts, as well as mental disorders, phobias etc.

-Osmophobia is the medical term for fear, dislike or aversion to smell or odors.
-Mysophobia is the medical term for fear, dislike or aversion to germs.
-Idiopathic craniofacial erythema is a condition defined by excessive or extreme facial blushing.
-Hyperhidrosis is abnormally excessive sweating that's not necessarily related to heat or exercise.
-Haphephobia is the fear of being touched.
-Cynophobia is an extreme fear of dogs.
-Hypochondriac is a person who is abnormally anxious about their health.
-Claustrophobia is the extreme or irrational fear of confined places.

You will only find shoujo mangas (or romance mangas) that have a well-developed love story that will captivate you from the first to the last chapter.

Here are all the josei manga I think one should read in order to cover all bases. I organized this list by general theme, with publishing series at the bottom.

We start off with the classic slice of life and coming of age stories, then to a couple of autobiographical manga, then to the dark and realistic drama stories, then to action and horror stories, then to mystery stories, then to the rom-coms, then to the more light-hearted slice of life stories, and lastly to the important ongoing series.

I'm currently using this list too, despite me being the one who created it!

This is my list of the best mangas i've read considering the story, art and caracteres. Most of the mangas are about romance, but there is some short of other topics.
