The Tokuma Shoten edition of Rules (2007) comes with a new cover, and a color insert. It also has Chapter 6 and an new extra called "Naturalist". It *DOES NOT* have chapter 00 which was present in the previous edition and is a prequel to the story. It retells chapter 1 from Hikaru's POV.
