Both stories involves Japanese Archery, wherein the main leads are having doubt with themselves because they were starting to fall in love with the same gender, which caused them to encounter troubles in their performances and skills in archery. Rin's story is more on shounen-ai. It is light weight and a bit slow-paced. Kimi ga koi ni Ochiru is more on usual yaoi with sexy love scenes. Both are worth the read.

Both are written and drawn by the same mangaka. The characters are similar where the seme wants the uke and the uke doesn't know how to handle the situation. There's also the constant misunderstanding between the semes and ukes. Also, the couples are cute because they have their ups and downs but the pairs always seem to resolve the problem and make-up.
