Manga: Senran Kagura: Shoujo-tachi no Shinei
Similar length School Manga featuring Female shinobi displaying their skills to infiltrate and recover an item for their clan, eliminating those that oppose them along the way. Both are comedies and have lots of Ecchi-Bordering-on-H moments. 'Ninkoi' has an added harem element which SK lacks.

Manga: In Bura!: Bishoujo Kyuuketsuki no Hazukashii Himitsu
These series are the already classic ecchi romance comedy in a school setting, with both having a fantastic aspect with it, Ninkoi has ninjas and In Bura vampires. Plus both are made by the same artist and are serialised in the same manga company, so similar art style and overall same energy.

Manga: Nisekoi
Both mangas belong to genres such as, comedy, romance, harem, so it's your classic Ecchi harem, there's also Tsugumi from Nisekoi who adds an action aspect to the series, she's a hitman, and just so happens that in Ninkoi there's ninjas (kinda similar in some aspects), it's the main point actually, besides that the female protagonist reminds me a lot of Tsugumi, if you like harem manga these two are a good option.
