Essentially, survival becomes a prominent aspect as our main characters' lives changes and they find themselves in danger of been wiped out. There' a distinctive amount of brutal violence from both series to show the readers the grim reality of their story. Among other things, mystery/suspense also revolves the origins of some of the supernatural beings our main characters encounters in both series.

Both story are the same kind of everyday life then sudently... => unknown monster like plushies killing and eating everyone everywhere. Monster both give a similar vibe. Both MC lost someone early but they dont. And... well to me everything seems similar. Pygmalion is short but Dolly kill kill is long thus have a better scenario. To me Dolly kill kill is the upgraded version of pygmalion

If you enjoy how human can survive the big monster invasion like in the shingeki no kyojin, the dolly will give you the same air.

Both of the main characters are forced into a life and death situation where survival becomes a prominent aspect as our main characters lives change and they find themselves in a situation where their lives and the rest of mankind is on the brink of destruction/extinction . Also both of the main characters are in search for their loved one

If it wasn't for the monsters, that are cute in dolly kill kill, it would be almost the same manga. Q seems a bit more promising since mangabox titles always seem to go crappy or axed after a while, Q apparently have monthly releases which hopefully gives the mangaka time to think out a proper plot. Both are still entertaining though.

Both feature humanity as a somewhat underdog to stronger beings , and feature characters that have gone through extreme loss ; through the deaths of those close to them. Both of the main characters have a similar drive to regain comrades from opposing forces. They are both reads that initiate a strong empathy link between the reader and the characters , making their experiences all the more painful. Both manga are gory reads and feature unique artwork , especially regarding character reactions and expressions. Neither are to be missed.~

The 2 are considered horror stories with tension and moments of fright with interesting premises and protagonists that evolve over time, the characters in these works even hold a lot in the manga besides being a bit bizarre

two gory shounen mangos whose aesthetic solutions could be your childhood nightmare fuel - giant cutesy stuffed animals that hunt and butcher humans. our protagonist joins up with a small militarized group of people to fight those, after one fine day his mundane life tragically went to shit.

If you look beyond Tsugumomos borderline hentai tics these two are very similar, quite basic supernatural shounen action. What sets them apart from the rest are the fighting scenes. Both have incredible fighting, fluid and alive, you really get sucked into the action and there is never any uncertainty about what's happening or who does what - something that a lot of manga suffers from. It's a true joy to read a manga with action scenes this well drawn, and it can compensate for the weaknesses both have (well if you don't like ecchi you maybe should stay clear of Tsugumomo...).

Both Manga feature a small group of select morally varied characters each with unique powers based on their personalities fighting human hunting creatures in a post apocalyptic future. Both stories start in very dangerous and mysterious worlds that quickly become trivial as the characters begin powering up as fast as the story can keep up resulting in some insane power creep. One thing both stories do well is have many characters with very different motivations and personalities while still making them mostly sympathetic. They also feature a similar tone, being edgy and violent while not quiet reaching the bleak and hopeless atmosphere of something like  read more

With humanity suddenly being attacked by alien-like monsters, the protagonist go from regular life to survival mode, having to defend not just from monsters, but from some other people too.

Both of these involve powers, killing, and main characters with a similar wrath when angered. Although Dolly Kill Kill is more about alien “mascots” killing people and Darwin’s game is more towards a mobile game for killing, they both have a similar feel.

Dark tone & Violence/Gore is juxtaposed with Cute Dolls - very similar ideas and themes present. Incredibly similar art styles and story telling methods that include shounen battle tropes, but are not limited to such devices and put high importance on plot to move story forward. If you like one, highly likely you'll at least enjoy the other.

Both of these involve a lot of killing, although Dolly Kill Kill is more alien-mascots than murderous drugs and a mysterious organisation like Youkai Ningen.

Two tragic narrative's that involve the human race being invaded by another species. Both male protagonists have special abilities that make them valuable in the fight to save whats left of the humans. Both manga's have amazing art work that shows some horrific gory fight scenes that keep you wanting more and more after each chapter.

Similarities + Great Art; seriously whether it be facial expressions, movement, action, both are easy on the eyes. + Can use style over substance as a descriptor but not in a derogatory way. + Excel at visual portrayals of madness. + Elements of body horror ( humanoid bodies being twisted into something non-human). + Subplots of characters bodies being invaded/corrupted by foreign substances. + Some characters tend to be creepy cute. Differences - Soul Eater has a supernatural gothic motif while Dolly Kill Kill is science fiction with a fleshy motif due to extraterrestrials invasion. - Soul Eater has a typical shounen set-up and sticks with  read more
