minus the extreme ecchiness and the fact that fire candy has a lot more adult scenes if you like one your most likely gonna like the other.

High Kyuu immediately reminded me of Air Gear. Hinata can be compared to Ikki in many ways. Both are sports manga, if you include ATs as a sports, that is. The main characters both start off as amateurs at the sport the love and are set to become the greatest at it. For Hinata, it's volleyball. Ikki, ATs.

Beelzebub's and Air Gear's main characters are somewhat identical - badass strength driven idiots :) Also they look similar. Humor is also kinda rude (piss included). Both got beautiful art.

Despite one manga being about A.T. and the other about cooking their overall feeling is very similar. Also, both are beautifully drawn shounen with tons of eroticism included (and it never gets boring!) Not to mention the protagonists are basically the same.

Air Gear and Biorg Trinity have the same mangaka behind, only in biorg he is only on the art department and in Air Gear he is the full mangaka.

They talk about 'flying' with wings or taking off aiming for goals. The protagonists change the way how some people think and has an overall big impact on them.

Even if the two stories are not comparable, they are closely related. Ikki and Iori are very similar, both having a similar humor that is a bit heavy on the people around them while being able to get serious when needed. They also share similar personalities, and so do their friends, they are not afraid to make fools of themselves in front of everyone while being trustworthy at the same time

Both series are about sports with gangs and focus on the friendship and teamwork aspect of their sport to become the best at their sport. One is about cycling while the other is about Roller Skating

Both of the main characters really reminded me of each other. They have somewhat the same personality, as they are cocky and make troll faces and funny expressions. There is also Inuyama and Dukchil who closely resemble each other as somewhat the leader of their gang and is strong and a "man". The girls here are kind of violent, or maybe the tone of each of the manga gives the same tone and atmosphere.

Both are fighting-MUST WATCH-sport , they have the best ecchi perverted scenes . Now lets talk about heroes of both manga :- makunouchi Ippo : a virgin wimp [ with a huge d*ck ] with weak personality , girls see him cute ( not in lustful way ) , only one girl sees him hot ( I guess ) , he hates a meaningless fight BUT when he gets serious , he have his ( strongest fist in feather weight class ) . With almost no defense style at all , with his strong fists only he became the Japan champion boxer . minami Itsuki "Ikki, Babyface,  read more

These two stories share a main character that has to pass and exceed expectations of others, while learning team cooperation.

Great adventure-y battle series with similar protagonists and cast structures.

One of the main similarities between these two publications is that they are sport mangas that target the shounen demographic. Thus, there are regulations, teams, and classes.

Plot-wise they're entirely different series, but the characters are curiously similar. Air Gear is basically Kyou no Go no Ni grown up and given a plot to work with; if you told me Ryota grows up to be Ikki, I'd believe it in a heartbeat.

Deadman Wonderland has a lot more blood and violence while Air Gear has some of the markings of a traditional inspiring shounen series, but both series have a similar kind of action and kinetic feel to them, a similar unorganized non-tournament fight-after-fight structure, and the same 'find your own reason' motivation for the characters to keep going and base their choices on.

two hot blooded males confident in their fighting abilities are introduced to a new world of adventure and danger by a female veteran (and potential love interest) of said world. the male protagonists have similar personalities and hair styles

They got similar main characters: Saru-Ikki, Yamamoto-Onigiri and similar genres: Action, Comedy, Ecchi. Saru Lock is more mature and has a different kind of plot than Air Gear but both of them are enjoyable

the main characters look similar and the concept of the manga are both alike. Both come under the categories shounen and action
