Manga: Zenbu Choudai
The girl who think she's perfect and the bespectacled guy which also excel at everything suddenly appeared before her as her mortal enemy. It's already obvious that their first impression didn't go well but little by little they get along just fine (is what you think, isn't it? But don't worry you will at least have fun watching the honorable girl being teased and humiliated while they are competing against each other or the otherwise beforehand) The difference between the two: The artwork ('Zenbu Chodai' has satisfying artwork with the major to minor characters are drawn beautifully while 'Inugami-san and Sarutobi-kun Have a Bad Relationship' has appealing  read more

The main character is pretty much similare to this one. Childhood occurrences the protagonist wants "revenge" on the girl.

all problem settle in game, a master and dog relationship, a male main character who know how to win in a game, if you like all of those then maybe you will like both of this anime.

Both stories involve a boy seemingly perfect at everything, who the heroine of the story tries her best to surpass, but always ends up frustrated at being second. Both pairs of each manga initially don't get along very well with one another. Both have their funny moments. The differences is that S.A. has more romance and character relationships, geared more toward female readers. Inu Saru Warui on the other hand will appeal more to a male demographic, being more perverted, with boobs and butts and the like.
