If you haven't read 100% perfect girl, go read it now. 100% perfect girl is a manhwa, but the character development is pretty similar.. once you get deeper into the story. However, the beginning comes off like aw Cinderella story, but it's full of twists and crazy bishies (btw I can't tell them apart) LOL  

Both Female leads change how the males act towards their love interest by becoming kinder. Airen is much more adult though 

Both girls are raped in those two manga but in Haou airen the girl fall in love of her rapist 

Same author same art style both feature pad in love celeb both about wealthier men and middle lower middle class girls both Shoujo and both have a bit of smut 

definitely koi uma! just as smutty and guy is overprotective/jealous 

both guys protect their girls no matter what both awesome 

It really has a similar feeling. In both mangas, a good girl and bad guy fall in love with each other. 

With Haou Airen and Heart, you deal with innocent female leads becoming the girlfriends of two very dangerous guys. Both great if you love that type of relationship. Read Heart if you are in the mood for more of a comedy, and Haou Airen for ecchi drama. 

Both are related to the mafia and guys liking the same girl 

Think Desire Climax is a masterpiece? You would love this manga too.. There are more twists and drama... Be ready to go on a rollercoaster!! 

If you like one I think it's quite possible you'll like the other. Both are stories about poor girls where are struggling to care for their poor families when one day by chance meet rich men and then get swept away by them. After being swept away these rich men, who both have troubling pasts, the girls are treated horribly by these men. Somehow through everything though the girls stay devoted to these jerks of men because possibly there is more than meets the eye. Most importantly I would say these are both stories about love and it's power to overcome any struggle despite the odds. Just a warning though Haou Airen is for mature audiences who don't mind nudity, profanity, rape, and other such horrible things. Hadashi de Bara wo Fume is much more innocent and light hearted. read more 

They are both similar in the way that they both have a weak female lead with a handsome and possesive male lead who secretly loves them but does not show it appropriatly. They are both meant to be read for adults as they contain smut.
