They're both about a guy who fail at getting the girl he likes because of misunderstandings and misjudgments of people.

Manga: Kuzu no Honkai
Even if Scum's Wish is much more of everything, Tokyo DTED really runs in the same veins. Both main characters have people they can't get over, which leads them on a journey of growing up, understanding yourself and the world, meeting people and (try to) have lots of sex.

Manga: Delivery Cinderella
Tokyo DTED and Delivery Cinderella both covers Tokyo's sex and entertainment district from a rather sober perspective, Delivery Cinderella is about a sex worker who enjoys her job, Tokyo DTED is about a bartender at a girl host bar who enjoys his job. The setting is really similar and much more of a psychological perspective than the kind of semi-pornographic plot you'd expect.

Manga: Onanie Master Kurosawa
The main character of both manga is like an outsider to everything, they don't have many bonds with people and also they are virgin. So their imagination usually runs on dirty things. Both manga have the comedy, the drama and the seinen element in a similar way, so I think if one of them satisfies you, then the other will too.
