Manga: Koe de Oshigoto!
Known for their gimmicky and mature themes, Rec and Koe de Oshigoto follows the professional careers of characters. The main female protagonist has a dream and follows it despite the difficult obstacles that stands in their way. Throughout both series, we see their determination and how it has influence on other peoples' lives. Both series has a lot of fan service and also controversial content that is suitable for more mature audiences.

Manga: Koi wo Suru no ga Shigoto desu.
Both have characters the work and have relationships problem and also have some H (Rx) scene even though they are not Hentai I recommend both if you want different emotion mix match with hate, love, etc

Manga: Love♡Lucky!
Both of these stories involve a normal guy and an idol being lovers. They always have to keep secrets and there is a gap between the characters (REC has more of a personality gap and Love Lucky has a social gap).
