I really enjoyed reading this manga series. Even though it was short at two volumes, it was still very enjoyable.

The characters weren\'t as throughly developed, since she didn\'t have much time to throw in more information about the characters. Kanoko Sakurakoji\'s art style is somewhat unique, but follows the basic standards of all shoujo manga. Cute girls, adorable animals, and very good looking men. Right?

Her art style can seem similar to others, but I still like how it is. Comedic in the good parts, but can pull at one\'s heart strings in the next.

It\'s basically a story about a girl and a boy. They fall ... in love thanks to a cat, and have to keep it a secret. Plus the girl, Akari, has to deal with Ryusei\'s father, who dislikes the choice of a girlfriend he made, and will do anything to split them apart. But love can conquer all right?

They have to prove that they can really make it together.

All in all, a very nice manga. Enjoyable characters, funny situations, sad situations, all the while you wish Ryusei and Akari many happy years together.

I hated this manga. Sure, it was sweet and short, but basically, it wan't written very well. However, i give it an okay score because i like the characters :D
What I really didn't like, though, was the undying love between the two main characters, and how oblivious to it they were. That not only annoyed me, but...
Made me jealous >_

The only ok thing about this manga was its art. Even that didn't surpass the art of other mangas out there. Simply put, it was nothing exceptional. The art that is.

And my opinion of it only goes further downhill as I think about the story, the character and the enjoyment.

The story+Characters: Typical. The development of Ryusei and Akari's relationship was too soon. It happened too quickly. She acts as his assistant one minute and he's kssing her the next. Pathetic is my opinion. There was no plot in the story, now that I think about it. And even if there was meant to be one, ... it was so mediocre, one wouldn't notice.

The Art: Compared to the story the characters etc, the art was fine. Though I thought that the main female character was drawn funny, the other characters, particularly the males, were drawn well.

Enjoyment: I didn't feel any form of anticipation or excitement reading this manga. Possibly because that's not it's aim. But still, to have a story is crucial in a manga. I felt that this manga had no plot and no story. And the development of the character's natures were very poor. It's not particularly satisfying reading something that seems to go no where.

Overall: Read it only if you feel like you've got nothing to do. Even so, I'd say go and read or do somethingelse.
