Both have girls (Claymores/Pandora) fighting monsters (Youma/Nova). And not only that, both are part human part monster and both have limits/extents to which they can use that monster part of them to an extent. If you like one, you'll 100% like the other.  

Both are similar in that they consist of organisations, with the members being given special powers, with some trade-off, to fight special beings. For Freezing it is Pandora, for Claymore it is Yoma. However, their special powers are not only used to fight Yoma, the members on several incidents fight amongst each other too for various reasons.  

Why there aren't more people recommending claymore is beyond me. Be warned there are potential/insignificant spoilers that follow: -A large number of girls who belong to an organization/school whose purpose is to defeat monsters/aliens. -In order for these girls to match fighting ability they have to have the monsters/aliens DNA bonded to them - If they use to much of the monster/alien power they will become a monster/aliens -There are ranks of who is better and who is worse in the organization/school -You have male lead who has is younger and has a strong emotional connection to the female lead -You have a female lead who can tap into the alien/monster ability to a level the other girls cant/haven't yet. -Both stories have technical fighting terminology -Each high ranking girl has an ability they're significantly in tuned with -Both have lots of bloody fighting -A serious undertone -A past/historical female who was the greatest of them all Need I say more? Although Freezing is set in the future and Claymore is set in the past, they both have a similar feel to them. Both mangas have creatures that are the enemies of humanity and female warriors that fight them with parts of them implanted within them that act as their source of power which of course when overused, turns you into one the creatures.  

Contract between male and female. A lot of battles and some ecchi 

Both require guys to make a contract with at least one fighting woman, and the main character in Freezing looks very similar to Tsukiumi from Sekirei. Definitely check out both of these 

Both contain women who fight and have men who they use to strengthen them in some way through "contracts". They both contain a lot of sexual tendencies.  

they both have to do with some average guy getting some really really hot chicks to fight for him although the story in this is still good... mostly 

Both from same author. In The Legend of Maian, Felicia is crazy strong from the start while in Freezing Sattelizer get's stronger later.Both have a male naive partner witih them.
