While yubisaki is following one kid through high school while doing all sort of things, incl cross dressing, bokura no hentai focuses on group interaction. Both have really interesting takes on gender and cross dressing, though I'm guessing that LGBT-activists in general might enjoy bokura no hentai better with it's more strict foucus.

While himegoto is focusing on a group of people and their issues with finding themselves through exploration of sexuality and... beyond, yubisaki have a very strong focus on one MC. While the cast in himegoto are older which is a bit refreshing, less teenage angst and more mature angst (whoho!) both have really great character development and story. Both are way beyond the "oh no I've turned into a woman and my best friend thinks I'm sexy" type of GB manga.

Aki Sora is like the nasty hentai version of yubisaki. Both share a lot of the same themes, focus on an indecisive MC that can't understand his own feelings and end up hurting himself and everyone else. I like yubisaki better since it's more realistic and... less nasty, but what's great with Aki Sora is the sheer destructiveness of the sex that's hard to find in any other manga, the more sex, the more empty the people become. It's a kind of disturbing piece of litterateur, so if you think yubisaki was your limit then don't wander off ;) (Oh, and, technically Aki-Sora isn't hentai, since  read more

Both manga are centered around a love triangle between the male protagonist and his love interests. Both contain crossdressing male characters that are traps (the male protagonist in Yubisaki Milk Tea and a love interest in No Bra). And both are heavy on ecchi/fanservice and contain scenes that are borderline hentai.

Both manga involve girls playing frisbee using the guy as the frisbee. Whenever the guy gets thrown, a girl gets her heart hurt. This goes 3-ways in ichigo 100%, and 2-ways in yubisaki.

A slice of life drama series, Usagi Drop follows a young bachelor as he takes on the role of fatherhood and learns many life lessons along the way.

S+M is about a girl having dilemma over choosing one of 2 boys while Yubisaki Milk Tea is vice-versa. Concept of choosing/dating both also comes up in both series.
