Both are supernatural slice of life featuring a young protagonist who helps Youkai/Ghosts while she/he learns the worth of bonds, family and friends in daily life. Both are very heart warming manga. However, YZtM is more focused on romance while NY is more focused on friendship.

One of the stories in the oneshot is like zenjirou - falls in love with a ghost (spirit) in a coma - only the girl can see the spirit

Both involve ghosts and supernatural happenings, although they're very different. Both also have a teensy bit of romance :)

Both mangas have a focus on the supernatural and relationships with loved one, there is slight romance in both but it isn't the most important part of the story as well as comedic relief. Both story lines are beautifully written.

A little girl has supernatural powers, and the nature of those powers and what is going on around her is both shrouded in mystery and told through the lens of a child. In RTHNS she is a young sorceress who can do magic, while in YZTM she has the ability to see and talk to ghosts. There is also a semi-romance between the main character and a tsundere boy who teases her as well as themes of friendship.

Both are about a girl with supernatural powers. These girls both try to help people in their own way.

Similiar art. Similar theme: "ghosts". both are sweet.

Both are adorable stories of a 10 year old protagonist somehow connected to the supernatural and that contain romance hints and lots of cute and bittersweet moments. Artwork is also lovely.

Both have as main protagonist, a naive energetic girl who does everything to help others. She is protected by a supernatural best friend[in Kobato is a stuffed dog from the other world, in YZM is a ghost, and in both stories, the guy doesn't show her his true form]. There is also a female teacher who is very close to her, and a boy that at the first despises her but later becomes her ally. Both are very tender and sweet stories with slice of life and supernatural events.
