Both the main characters identify as gay and both of them have a shy nature. Also, both of the main characters try their luck on a gay dating site. Koi ni Nare only lacks the fantasy aspects.

In katekyo the student falls in love with his flirty, handsome, foreceful home tutor. Katekyo has less of an age gap and gets to it slightly quicker whereas koi ni nare has a bit more angst and more of a barrier to overcome

In both these mangas, a student and a sensei meet for a blind date, both unaware that their date will be with a teacher and a student respectively. Both these mangas are cute and handle their themes maturely.

Both these mangas handle the sensei/student trope in a mature manner.

In Suki de Shikatanai, the sensei does not want to fall in love. In Koi ni Nare, it's the student that does not want to. Both mangas are wonderful!

Koi ni Nare deals with a student and teacher relationship, and one of the stories in Love Knot involves a student and teacher relationship as well. With Koi ni Nare, I vastly preferred the story to the art, while with Love Knot the opposite was true.

Two very different takes on the student/sensei trope. I prefer Nee, Sensei?'s art style, and it is more humorous, while Koi ni Nare takes a more serious, but certainly still feel-goody approach. Both are very cute mangas.
