Action-oriented titles featuring female protagonists with multiple personalities.

Both prominently feature martial arts and ecchi. Expect to see exaggerated fights and copious amounts of fanservice.

Both deal with a guy who meets a girl with a mysterious background... while Mahoraba is more on the lighter side to Change 123's non-stop action/violence, both still deal with plot around the ideas of having to handle multiple personalities both are a great read!

The first arc of Gacha Gacha (capsule) deals with multiple personalities similar to Change 123. In each story, the male lead is trusted with keeping this fact a secret from their classmates. This results in both our young friends being put through some tough circumstances for the girl they have fallen for.

Both have awesome female fighters

In terms of combat, if not fanservice, the two go hand in hand. Crisp, realistic, and diverse action that gets absolutely brutal at times, you should be able to enjoy one if you enjoyed the other.

the story's are different yet with similar elements change 123 being more lighthearted compared to elfen lied and with the chaotic messes being different...here's where change 123 compares to elfen lied an average Joe and a multi-personality girl that he meets are the main characters like kouta and lucy kosukegawa courts this multipersonality girl who has a dark personality hidden within her and it seems kosukegawa is the only one who can calm her down much like kouta calming down lucy in her violent state.. it is very ecchi  read more

Both manga about martial arts. And both manga have a lot of sexy girls. And in Tenjou Tenge main hero not so lame as in Change 123.

Change 123 like rosario+vampire features a main girl who has a multi personality disorder...courted by a boy with no special powers or skills... the girls are the ones that do the ass kicking while the helpless male mc has no other option but to take a back seat. change 123 and rosario+vampire are also ecchi..think panties

Both manga just have lots of Ecchi, and hot anime girls fighting (I guess that falls under ecchi but... whatever) what more could you want from these manga to not want to read them. >=D

If you as a reader like your martial arts battles to contain both hilarity between entertaining characters as well as insane skill levels pertaining to various odd martial arts wielded by weird masters, look no further. Although essentially different in theme and execution, they both manage to balance action with comedy while freely shifting between the genres to play one straight. Of course, there is also a hefty dose of scantily clad women in both titles to keep your inner hentai pleased.

These two action-oriented series both share a similar premise of a female character who possesses multiple personalities.
reportRecommended by radiantfire
These both share the common element of a split personality, with the base personality being quiet/shy and the split personality being violent/crazy. Change is way ecchi, but they both deal with a kind hearted guy who is trying to help the girl out.

they are both ecchi (lots of breast), action packed, with some great drawing styles. Seikon no Qwaser does have a bit more serious tone usually, but if you like one you'll probably like the other

Both are great martial art mangas where some overpowered martial artists try to reach a common goal. While the stories are greatly different from one another, they still share some common features like the way the story just sucks you in and just makes you want to keep on reading nonstop.

Action and love story about a weakling boy and a powerful girl with some serious mental problems. Although male character is a nice person, in both mangas all attention focus on female characters. In C123 Motoko has divided personality and in Mirai Nikki Yuno is superprotective and obsessed yandere who has no qualms about killing. Both has action and blood, the difference is that there's more ecchi and martial arts in C123 and Mirai Nikki is more violent and even creepy sometimes. But if you enjoy one, I definitely recommend the other.
