Both follow the same setup with an lead someone being change by someone popular, while Koisuru Mitsuba has the female being unpopular with a popular male, Nochi Kareshi has the opposite, unpopular male with a popular female.

In both manga, the main character has trouble speaking with others (is alone) and tries to make friends. They both take care of a plant and catches a popular boy's attention, who helps them make friends. The art is really cute and if you love sweet romances, these two are sure to leave you smiling! <3

Both series involves a plain looking girl falling in love with a very popular guy. Suki tte Ii na yo. carries a more serious tone while having some borderline smut scenes, Koisuru Mitsuba carries a lighter and cuter tone.

Similar female leads, both are unsociable and unpopular, both trying their best later on and both liking the popular guy. While Kyou, koi wo Hajimemasu carries a more serious tone, with some borderline smut scenes and Koisuru Mitsuba carrying a more lighthearted and cute tone, they're both good reads.

Both have a girl who's unpopular and later gets changed by the mail, Kokou Debut carries a more serious tone while Koisuru Mitsuba has a lighter tone, both good reads.

Both have the premise with an popular guy and an unpopular girl. While Mitsu x Mitsu drops has pointless sex and a lack of plot with a halfwitted female and male prick, Koisuru Mitsuba carries a light and cuter tone with very cute characters.

Cool, popular guy who likes a shy, secluded girl. The girl is hard working and trying hard to make friends. Koisuru Mitsuba is faster paced than Kimi ni Todoke.
