- Both are reverse harem shoujos and pretty funny - The art is beautiful - The guy they end up with is a very nice gentleman But to be honest, Ouran is better :P  

Both are about girls who love BL and how they go from loving only 2D gay boys to 3D straight ones. 

Comedy Romance! With a harem of boys. Both main characters are a little silly and quirky and it's fun to read the way they interact with the boys. 

The main characters are both huge BL fans, with Teruo Amano even being a BL manga artist. Both he and Kae Serinuma drag those around them into their interest and the crazy world of BL. 

Another masterpiece, these are both extremely good and iconic manga series! Maid-Sama isn't as much as a blatant harem like Kiss him, not me is. But it does have some of those characteristics. They both have very good and likeable main characters with their own variety of side characters including love interests and the comedy is top tier. 

Both are about a girl who is a huge Otaku, while Kiss him not me Is about a girl who would rather ship her male classmates with each other than date them herself. The other is about a girl who finds a guy who looks just like a character she loves, and develops a crush on him only to find out he HATES otakus and she tries to keep her love of anime a secrete but its not so easy.  

If you enjoy reading about characters who are obsessed with BL and their weird imagination about their classmates these two mangas are for you. They're pretty much similar in most parts aside from that fact that Fudanshi Koukou Seikatsu revolves around a male BL fan. (which to me gives it a twist) 

In both series, we have a main female character who undergoes through changes. While their pacing contrasts differently, both series emphasizes on their appeal to interact with others; in particular the guys they encounter. Both series has an handsome main lead that others adore although they should particular interest in the main female protagonist. There is obvious romance that develops as their story progresses as well. Do note that Suki tte Ii na yo focuses more on drama while Watashi ga Motete Dousunda leans towards more comedy. 

Both are Reverse Harems, where the main character is surrounded by men against her wishes. While the Main character of Kiss him not me, would rather ship them from a distance. the main character from Shinobi Quartet really would rather have normal friends and worry about herself and not have guys following her around everywhere
