Both are historical series set in the 20th century with a slice of life feel. There is a strong feeling of nostalgia in both. They made me remember the feelings of being a teenager. 

Set in the 1920's with gorgeous, well researched settings. Golden Days is set in Japan, and Madam Petit is set in Europe and India. Both are romances where the main characters attempt to find evidence of a murder. The romantic hero is revenge driven for much of the story. There is a kind of Agatha Christie feel, with quirky characters and bizarrely complex plots. Both are by Takao Shigeru. 

The protagonist travels back in time to the Taisho era and is mistaken for a great grandparent. They fall in love with someone from the time period who thinks they are their ancestor. There are violins and lots of flower backgrounds. There is a similar feeling at the beginning of melancholy covered up by slice of life type comedy. 

Although Ao to Umibe no Nostalgia is a one-shot and Golden Days is an eight volume manga, these two have a similar premise involving time slips and the Taishou era. Someone travels to another era, has difficulty adjusting everyday living there, and falls in love with someone from that era. Both manga also have bittersweet endings.  

Both are cute shoujo set in the Taisho era with themes about social class. There is a forbidden romance plot in both.  

Like No. 6, Golden Days has a love story between two boys that is not the focus of the plot. The plots of both are suspenseful, though they are in different genres. Both romances are more emotional rather than physical. They also both have female characters who play important roles. 

So far, they seem pretty similar. In both, a high school boy slips and falls, resulting in a leap back in time. When he "arrives" there, he is mistaken for his grandfather and consequently receives a place to stay. 

Also set in the Taishou era, and has mild shounen ai :) 

Two boys meet each other and help each other overcome emotional problems. They both have characters who become attracted to someone who looks like someone they loved in the past. There is some tragedy in both, though the characters remain hopeful despite the bad things that happen to them. They are both in the hard to find genre of literary shounen ai. 

Similar time slip/time travel as a concept. While Golden Days has a slight BL as a subplot and the main male mc travel from present day to the past (Taisho Era), KWW is the opposite (the guy from Taisho era travel from the past to present day) with some yaoi scenes. Both have bittersweet ending though GD have more progression on the characters and relationship development.
