Not only are these two works by the same author but they also portray a similar style in terms of their characteristics. The main male protagonist has a tough attitude and is always finding himself in the wrong place at the wrong time in compromising situations. Despite this, they fight for what they believe in and also meets a girl that they share an interesting relationship with. There is a lot of fan service and action so expect some edgy artwork. If you're into action oriented manga with tough stories, then check these two series out. 

Many differences but the gear used in both manga are pretty much the same. In Shingeki no Kyojin they use Maneuver Gear to fly around urban areas and use to kill Titans. In Wallman they use a similar gear to fly around modern day Japan to complete assassination missions. The MC in Wallman is a retired Assassin and is very skilled with the gear from the outset.  

The two stories are drawn and written by the same mangaka with very similar character design and comedic scenes. Both manga show a established team that comes together to knock down a immoral and wicked organization. Both narratives share Action, Ecchi, and Seinen genre components. If you liked one of these manga's you will certainly like the other.
