Both manga are by Mick Takeuchi, and share the same genres (shoujo, supernatural, comedy, romance, school) and a similar plot, as the protagonist is a schoolgirl with a special, unusual ability. 

In these supernatural shoujos , both female leads have a supernatural power, and in these stories the events involve traditional Japanese cultural settings and the succession to leadership of a House. One is set in the world of Kabuki and the other in a temple type setting, with traditional clothing. Both of the male leads that would be successors are talented and cold. The female mcs of both stories want to save the male leads from a bad fate. If you like romances involving fate and the supernatural world and give these a try.  

Aside from the magical aspect of these shoujo mangas, both heroines grow up when they use their magical powers. Well...Shibariya Komachi seems a bit more perverted and has a serious though....at least Cha Cha appears with her clothes on and is a lot more light-hearted...., personally, I like Akazukin Chacha a lot more 

In both manga the protagonist is a schoolgirl with an useful supernatural ability: Michiru is able to see the black ring on the neck of people who are going to die, and Chiyako sees the red thread which connects one person to another.
