For some people, it's impossible to imagine a situation in which they would take another life. For others, they might be able to list a price, but without being in the situation, there's no way to be sure if they could do it. In death games, participants find their price: it's usually a large sum of money and, of course, their own life. The joke here is communication about these is kinda weird unless specified that the response itself is the title. Not for the faint hearted. These are manga series that will put your physical and emotional endurance to test. Okay so my favorite niche sub-genre of manga is the ones where the cast has to kill each other or participate in some sort of sick and sadistic game. I have read most of these, but it is my favorite so I figured I should share with the world, enjoy! Manga that have shaped and influenced my becoming the person I am. Some I no longer agree with in their philosophy or ideas, but listing them here helps me to see where my head space was in my past and who I am now. Just manga that are creepy af. Good writing is optional. DECENT writing is optional. The spook is all that matters. Just decided to make a list of manga about death games, I find them to be very amusing. This list is derived from The Anime Man's "The OFFICIAL Top 100 Manga Of All Time (According To The Internet) Is Actually Surprising..." video. The video goes over the results of an online poll that he created in which people could vote for their favorite manga series. I only count the editorials that stills publishing to this day: IVREA, Panini Manga, Ovnipress, Kemuri, Utopia, Distrito Manga and Pop Fiction. |
