both girls travel back to time. also kind of in the same area. in red river, yuri travels to middle east and in royal hieroglyph carol travels to egypt.

They are both about a cute girl who goes back in time, meets a handsome, strong and brave, tyrant ruler who is quite possessive of her, first hates him and then falls in love with him, survives lots of adventures and assassination attempts and so on. Moreover, both main characters are strong-willed. Finally, "Crazy Girl Shin Bia" and "The Royal Hieroglyph" are both of the fantasy/historical genre.

the main character both travel back in time to the same place just at a different time in the past, way past. the both also can come back to the future. theres romance in both but there are some differences, such as the plot

From Far Away and Ouke no Monshou has some similarites in the plot, such as how a modern-day girl is transported to an ancient world..
reportRecommended by polisky
The similarities and purely due to the stories, and in no way are related to the art styles of the manga/manhwa. The Royal Hieroglyph has been published since the 70's, and so it has the distinctive older shoujo manga art style that may turn off some readers. However, both stories feature the heroine falling in love with a royal (albeit from different periods) and facing a lot of drama in their new lives, whether it be continuous kidnappings, bouts of amnesia, or people simply hoping to steal the girl.
