Important points to consider:
1> The story was cut-short and thats all right in some cases!
2>Mommy Milkers!!
3>The guy is a great tailor!!
4> I chose mixed feelings as this manga's not great and not that bad or that the like/dislike ratio will be 50/50
Story:
The story is really catchy and goofy as hell! The main premise is just you're average plot of random girls getting "Magical Girl" Powers. The guy (MC) is not only a fan of magical girls but an A-Grade (i think) cosplayer. The FL gets these powers out of a whim and suddenly meets with the MC who gives her the costumes she uses and

also helps her in using them. Thats mainly the start and it progresses like an average show with generic (and rapist) enemies and more girls (mommy milkers included) with powers!!
Conclusion:
Read this thing if you seriously want to just laugh and feel horni at the same time ok! As for the story it could have gone to lengths as there are plot holes but I like the fact that it was left to reader interpretation as instead of forcing the readers to eat the plot you want you can either offer them the plot or give them a menu of choices to chose from for the ending! Which I believe is a good idea. For me the ending seemed like the introduction of more powers for the female lead as the reader hinted and the fact that not every Magical girl is supposed to be good! Also that the MC has more to than meets the eye. So for ending notes I will say give this short manga a try, if anything it will leave you with either a smile or a boner!!
