These two stories have very little in common. Dangan Honey is light and fluffy one volume manga while Kore wa Koi no Hanashi has a somewhat melodramatic lengthy life story. But, they do both have a very wide age gap between an older male and a younger female. What makes them resemble even more, in my opinion, is the utter loyalty the MC's have for each other. Absurd age gap "romance" manga that are more comical in nature as a result. The lead girls make the stories so entertaining because they are determined, precocious, and adorable.
