Manga: Goong
In both manhwas, there is little romance more than the actual, frustrating drama. All of the characters cannot be honest with themselves, it often leads to miscommunication. However, the few moments of romance along with the comedy scenes is well worth the mess. Also, Ellie/Chae-Gyung are extremely stubborn, and Ryder/Shin are quite famous, and often in the beginning feel like they're too good for their female counterparts.

Manga: Mars
Both manga start out with two people, a guy and a girl, who don't get along at first. Both manga can have a somewhat darker side, with trauma, jealousy, and people who object to their relationship. There are friendships formed that might seem impossible before and enemies created.

Manga: Snow Drop
In both manhwa, the heroine and the guy both seem to be extreme opposites who argue at every opportunity, but eventually, they realize they fell in love with each other, although their feelings aren't clear to one another at first. Eventually, they realize being together would be tougher than they originally thought because of social status and jealousy.

Manga: 100% Perfect Girl
The beginnings of these two manga are different, but they both have two people who fall in love, although both people have trouble trusting each other, creating a difficult relationship. Also, there's the idea of obsessive love, although it's deeper in 100% Perfect Girl. Finally, these manga are similar because there are consequences for the heroine for being with such a well-known and influential man.

Manga: Do You Want to Try?
Both manhwa have a couple that don't get along well when they first meet, nor do they for awhile after, but they are bound to each other by a fake relationship, each for different reasons in either manga. Eventually, they start to fall for each other, while dealing with dangers that involve life or death, jealousy, and others who don't approve of their relationship. Also, the main characters act similar, giving the manhwa a more similar feeling.

Manga: Ousama ni Sasagu Kusuriyubi
A fake marriage, a strong female lead, a cool / cold guy, and a pair of characters who will not confess they love each other because of their pride- if you liked Full House or watched the drama, try Ou-sama ni Sasagu Kusuriyubi. The stories are different, in one the male lead is an actor and in the other he is a wedding planner, but these joseis feature a relationship where they are married for convenience and not love.

Manga: Perfect Couple
These manhwa romances have a man and woman who have the same professional careers - the woman in writing and the man in film, and both have a strong intelligent female lead who does not want the man telling her what to do or controlling her. In both the guy sort of falls for her first and tries to manipulate her into doing what he wants with money contracts. Both have a lot of banter and tension, like a battle of the sexes and both also have strong willed characters that won't back down or submit to the other.  read more

Manga: Do Not Fight
i would say the plots are similar. they both involve people who are married to each other only for image/not love. however, while living in the same house, they start to fall in love with each other

Manga: Hapi Mari: Happy Marriage!?
They are both about a couple of strangers that for different circumstances they are about to get married (just on paper) and live together, even though they have just met.

Manga: Mary Stayed Out All Night
Both Mae Ri and and Elli are the spunky kind of heroine with a lot of temper, who have difficulties being true to their feelings, so the dynamic of the relationship between the main characters in these manwha is really similar in my opinion.

Manga: The Prince's Cactus
Full House and The Prince's Cactus are quite similar, both have a wealthy European man who falls for a very independent and outspoken Asian girl. Both feature a very strong and outspoken female lead who can be pretty abrasive to the guy and who does not fall for him as quickly as he falls for her. Both have the woman being rather rude to the guy but him really liking that about her. And both have great dialogue. Full House has some excellent dialogue and it is a great josei for someone who really  read more

Manga: I Want You
By the same author and a romance as well; however Full House is a slightly more mature story in the fact that it is about characters who are already adults. Both heroines are overcoming being 'orphans' and finding love in unlikely ways. Full House has apparently been addpted into a live action drama series but I know nothing of how it is, just that it exists.
