Manga: Jitsu wa Watashi wa
In a modern society where supernatural non-humans exists, both series adapts a story where a main protagonist tries to protect the secret of a girl. There is a considerable amount of relationship building as we see how a human interact with a non-human. Both series also has a decent amount of comedy and drama as their story progresses. Do note that Shishunki no Iron Maiden takes a slightly darker tone later on while Jitsu wa Watashi wa maintains a rom-com atmosphere with slice of life elements.

Both revolve around a special girl with a secret. Both have perverted MCs in their own way. Both have somewhat similar plot twists and the end is also similar.

Manga: Onanie Master Kurosawa
Kinda similar, if you enjoyed "Onanie Master Kurosawa" then you might enjoy "Shishunki no Iron Maiden". The plot twists are similar. I don't want to spoil so I will just have to hope that you will read and find out for yourself.
