Same plot. Both male leads kind of bully bully the female leads. The female leads have crushes on some one else, and in both mangas they  become step-siblings.

Kimi no Sei addpermalink

I've only read 20 Chapters of Kedamono Kareashi, but it sorta of annoyed me. The description of the plot reminded me of a mix between Marmalade Boy, Kimi no Sei, Koe no Katachi, and Watashitachi ni wa Kabe ga Aru. 

This isn't a review and as I've listed these as recommendations, although I don't mind the artwork of Kedamono Kareshi, the story and characters are nothing compared to the works that I've mentioned above. Just to rant a little more, the characters in Kedamono Kareshi seem to have supposedly sad backstories, but the characters themselves are very shallow and hypocritical, whereas the recommendations above, while similar in plot, have much better character development. 

1. Seems that the Main girls were traumatized by the male leads. (However its hardly noticeable in Kedamono Kareshi).

2. Female leads' hate for their bullies turn into love in Kedamono Kareshi, Kimi no Sei, and Koe no Katachi.

3. The remarriage and step sibling stuff reminds me of Marmalade Boy.

4. Male leads in Kimi no Sei and Koe no Katachi regret and feel guilt over their actions, however MC in Kedamono Kareshi hardly remembers, or at least doesn't understand the pain he caused. 

5. Male leads in Kimi no Sei and Watashitachi ni wa Kabe ga Aru are actually in love with Main girl. (Seems like Male lead loves Female lead in Koe no Katachi, but hates himself too much).

Both manga are about high school romance.
Both manga are about step sibling when both MC's single parent get married and suddenly live in the same house, all high adrenaline teenager in one house.
Both manga are about forbidden love between step sibling.
The only different is Domestic Kanojo is a bit ecchi and mature but Kedamono Kareshi is more on smutty shoujo.

Stepsiblings are trying to get along and fall eventually in love, but it is , like always, not easy... Involves problems at school, at home, between themselves.. both stories are very cute though

Girl characters hate male characters at first and then she starts to like them.They stay in the same house for different reasons.

The plot of stepbrothers who fall in love, although Kamiki Kyoudai Okotowawi is more innocent. Both are very cute shojo.

Gikyoudai addpermalink

Both of them have the same setup with two persons suddenly turning siblings, leading to romance. Gikyoudai carries a bittersweet tone to it rather than the other.

#1 Main Girl was traumatized by the Main Boy in her younger days and was forced to change school.

#2 The Main Characters meet again in high school.

Both stories involve a forbidden step-brother and step-sister romance in their own complicated ways. 
And as you read along, you will venture through obstacles and excitement leading you wanting to read more.

Both stories are about a cute, naive girl who cannot handle a cheeky, mean boy at school so they're not able to get along with each other. Suddenly she has to live with him because their parents start to move together. 
Both are mangas about the genre romance.
