Both are about ghosts how doesn't want to leave earth yet and try to meddle in the live of the mortals. Ghost Logic is more of an accident and Majime shows the what happens after death and what kind of regrets the dead have.

Similar stories. Both are very sad but teach important lessons about mourning and moving on from the death of a loved one. They also show the point of view from the person who died- how they’re coping with this. If you liked one, you’ll probably like the other.  

In both stories the herione dies and has to deal with the problems of being a ghost, regrets and uncertainties about the future. The ideas on how the afterlife could look like and the jobs that have to be done by the ghosts are pretty similar in both. While Hito Hitori Futari has more of an adult point of view about death, Majime na Jikan is more laid back and fit for younger readers. 

Hajimari no Niina is significantly more happy-go-lucky and light hearted than Majime na Jikan with its romance and innocent protagonist. However, both manga confronted similar issues dealing with death and the consequences it brings to loved ones. This theme becomes less prevalent in the second portion of Hajimari no Niina, but the theme remains relatively similar in both manga. 

Both stories are in the supernatural/psychological genre and they deal with coming to terms with death. The main characters from Genkaku Picasso and Majime na Jikan are in highschool, so they face the same kind of issues regarding relationships and identity. Both are bittersweet, hopeful tearjerkers that make you think. The creepy art moments are similar too.
