-Both have bloody fights -Both have a resistance against a bigger foe -All action -GAR Both are worth the read if you like fast paced action over story. (Though Tripeace has a bit more story, where Needless is bolted on more action)

Okay similarities *Both Have a lot of action in both titles *Both have a high amount of fanservice *Both have Hot Blooded male lead, along with plenty of women (Nagi, Blade) *GAR in both (Manliness) I say that if you like Tenjou Tenge and wanted more action, then try Needless, if you read Needless and wanted a bit more of romance, try Tenge Tenge. Both are fun to read, and both have one hell of a ending.

-Both are about fighting a resistance -Both contains major amounts of GAR -Theres more action, then story(not that there isn't any) -Main settings are alike (Lost Ground in Scryed,Black Spot in Needless) Difference is that Needless is way more ecchi, but both are great action, fighting manga. MANLY!

Both are set in places where evil prevails and the good guys don't always win. While both have their serious moments, they both break it up frequently with humour. Both star an MC that slowly grows and improves over time.

They may follow different premises with a contrasting cast of characters but both series are known for their oriented action. Needless and Hayate x Blade crafts a story made of characters with powerful potentials. The main characters in fact demonstrates their abilities on a variety of ways. As their story progresses, we also learn of revelations especially in regards to their themes. Both series are also known for their exaggerated comedy.

Overpowered character with the power of copying other charcters superpowers and abilities fighthing an organization trying to create an perfect being with all powers. Similar "squared" art and characters that act abnormal too.

Good action manga. Tough main heroes, cool drawn action scenes with huge amount of violence. Adam vaguely resembles Guts, especially when fighting.

A portion of the world population has mutated and gained super-natural powers. They are feared by others thus, confined in a fixed area where they live amongst their kind.

Badass main character and an (initially) wimpy sidekick go on a quest in a lawless world. Amazing bloody battles with a touch of cyberpunk and mystery. Needless is quite ecchi however, also much longer.
