Synopsis

In an effort to turn the tides of war against the dark elves, Elf Princess Silenia is sent to the human world to abduct the coveted "elf lover" and return to Eluveitie. The subsequent union of elf and man will result in the birth of a savior possessing immense magical power.

When Silenia emerges from a portal within her potential suitor's toilet, the elf lover’s pristine image of her kind is shattered. Forceful and condescending, she ends up driving the human into the arms of the dark elf Dilein. Having not learned her lesson, Silenia continues to belittle the new couple in her numerous attempts to win him over.

This manga is a god on earth.
I have only seen 1 translated chapter, and every page is a gift from whatever power is up above. You can't help but love every part of it.
The story isn't amazing, but it doesn't matter, because its absolutely hysterical to read. Its wild, its off the wall, and most importantly its feels like its over in just a moment.

I gave the story a 6 because frankly its not super interesting.

The art gets a 7, its clean, and it fits. But its not amazing or anything.

Characters get an 8 because they are well done, and enjoyable to watch interact ...

This manga is something different. It is constantly walking the line between qrotesque, fetish porn, light hearted comedy and just pure insanity.
In one scene one of the girls is puking in the main characters face, while being forced to dry hump him and the next is a discussion about racism. You realy have no clue what to expect of it at any time.

At first i thought this could be something like a satire of ecchi and hentai manga in general, with clear references to story beats and imagery. After finishing it i can assure you, i still don´t know what to make of it.

Konna Elf Ni You wa Nai constantly leaves you confused as to who is writing it and why. The core concept of "Hot elf girls reverse Isekai'd into a horny elf fucker guy's house" is never really executed on. Theres some fun ecchi shots here and there which is why I give it a 2, because overall the art is fine. But the story is just abhorrent. Constantly the main character wants to fuck the dark elf and you have to endure the normal elf girl being just blatantly racist attributing every negative stereotype to dark elves.
