Manga: Shishunki Bitter Change
Gender bender body exchange in both. "I am sorry for not saving your body, I am dying" scene in both mangas when man first experience period in her body. Shishunki is more drama, Boku to Kanojo is more comedy.

Manga: Ani ga Imouto de Imouto ga Ani de.
in fact, in the two mangas the main characters switch bodies ( exept in "Ani ga Imouto de Imouto ga Ani de" the main characters are siblings ). As result , Characters starts to understand and develop feelings for each other.

Manga: Orange Chocolate
It has the same body-switching plot - but the difference is that it only happens occasionally in Orange Chocolate. Also, while the swapping in Boku to Kanojo no XXX resulted from a scientific experiment, Orange Chocolate is more on the supernatural aspect + it's a lot light-hearted in comparison.

They both have the extreme literal term of a gender bender aspect. And there are a few yaoi/yuri appearances when it is literally between boy and girl. Very humorous, light and entertaining.

Precisely the same plot: A girl and a boy switch bodies. Hilarity ensues. The difference is that in Boku to kanojo, the girl enjoys a lot living in a male body and the male is anxious to return to his body, while in TMWaFBaW, its the boy who enjoys the most being in a female body and the female is anxious to have her body back.

In Boku to kanojo its a girl and a boy who switch bodies while in Heaven!! its a human boy and a god. Both are extremely funny parodies with romance.

Both have very obnoxious female leads that you just can't like, although there is no gender bender in Bird kiss. The male lead is constantly trying to get across the fact that he likes her and so on. Both stories are very funny and feel unique

Manga: Pretty Face
Boku to Kanojo no XXX/Your and My Secret is a little closer to girl oriented romantic comedy, where Pretty Face is closer to boy oriented romantic comedy, but they're both hilarious gender bender manga that have a similar vein of humor. The amount of sideplots and gags in both comics are about the same too, so if you enjoyed the light-hearted romantic comedy and awkward gender bending gag situations in Pretty Face, you'll probably like Your and My Secret as well.
