In both mangas, the female main's sister elopes with a guy, causing many complications within a family. Both female main and their sister both liked the same guy, but the guy liked the sister. The female main is forced to reside with the man she liked's little brother (in NanaKo Robin the guy is forced to reside with the girl), and along the way, starts to fall for the guy (she was in love with her sister's husband at first). Feelings are realize, hardships are conquered, and love prevails in the end. If you've liked one, you'd probably like the other.  

Both girls are living secretly together with the man they love (though Ro is in university and the former omiai partner from Mikako's sister Akane, while Mikako is still in High-School). They both have to restrain themselves until they graduate and they have to face similar problems because both men come from families where its not allowed to do what you want, since both of their fathers are really serious and high in business.  

both heroines are married high school girls, trying to hide that fact and at the same time struggling to support their lover in their studies and to fight off disapproving parents 

MISSILE HAPPY is a little diferent, but is almost the same! is about a girl living with a guy that is older and he take care of the girl and they fall in love. I like MISSILE HAPPY better because the eding is more compleat.....
