Imagine that Shinichi gets shot at the amusement park only to awaken and find himself in the form of Ai Haibara instead of Conan. As disturbing as that might sound thats EXACTLY what this series is. Pretty enjoyable though.

Involved in traffic accident; getting revived by a pervert scientist that turns him into a girl; living with the girl he likes; trying to hide his identity. Except in Ichinensei ni Nacchattara, the main character gets turned into a much younger girl.

"Mad" scientist sister and a normal sister in both series.

In Boku Girl the male protagonist suddenly turns into a girl which he tries to hide (only his best friend knows). Sure Fun! In Ichinensei ni Nacchattara the protagonist saves a little girl from being overrun by a truck and nearly dies, but he gets rescued by a crazy scientist. Now he just isn't a highschool girl anymore but a elementary school girl. In order to get back his old body he lives with his savior, who is actually the sister of his crush.

Nacchattara has the male protagonist change from a male 17-year old into a female first-year elementary schooler as part of surgery to 'bring him back to life'. Return's protagonist also gets killed in a car accident and finds himself in a female body, though Return explains this through spiritual means. They share essentially the same premise, but Return is far more drama-heavy and peppered with comedy elements, while Nacchattara is a light-hearted, comedy-centric manga peppered with drama elements.

Both titles feature a male protagonist turned into an elementary school girl. While Joshi Shougakusei has a magical familiar, Ichinensei has a mad scientist.

Both are gender bender manga, with a primary focus on comedy. Both are guy turn into girl, but in Ichinensei ni Nacchattara the guy turns into an elementary school girl, and features slice-of-life. Sekainohate de Aimashou is more outside normal life.

They have a similar plot of the males being turned into something they're not. In Ichinensei ni Nacchatara the male protagonist turns into a little girl, while in Mujaki no Rakuen, the male protagonist turns into his younger self. Lets just say this leads to them being surrounded by lolis, and the situation becomes uncomfortably awesome. Both reads are incredibly funny! Be careful when reading Mujaki no Rakuen though, as it is way more mature than Ichinenshi ni Nacchattara. Have fun reading!

Well... At both stories the main character is a guy transformed into a girl after being severely injured.

Both series' focus on the sexual flamboyancy of lolis with a confused male protagonist. Although Ichinensei ni Nacchattara's main character is a teenage boy in a little girl's body and Kodomo no Jikan's main character is a male teacher, the younger girls in both series greatly show the ecchi side of of their behavior. Also, the equivalent amount of ecchi comedy is guaranteed to make you laugh.

Both of these manga have different plots, but if you love the "Mad Scientist altering/creating/saving lives then well these two manga both have them. also both main characters were boys and then become girls, gender benders. i thought they were both alright, tho artificial maiden was, in my opinion, better. still both good have fun reading.

in both the male lead ends up in a female body supported by a fanatic.

Okay, there are many difference, but basically both stories have the same premise: A guy is turned into a girl by a mad scientist... And both have the same sense of humor.
