It's about romance without love triangle or polygonal shape. You may find some 'life drama' in Love Calendar tho, while Bocchi na Bokura no Renai Jijou is a lighthearted one. If you like a story that focus on the relationship (romance) between two characters, these manga are for you. 

Both are romance story about two characters with family circumstances that bring drama into their relationship. 

Similar themes. Both are about a girl who end up losing time in her life because of an accident. They go back into society again and meet someone they end up liking. 

I am reminded of Hibi Chouchou when I read Love Calendar. The stories are a bit similar, but the characters are different as far as personality. In both manga, a girl falls for a boy who does martial arts.
