Both are categorized as adult or mature manga. Contains explicit nudity and sex scenes. Blade Play is comical and has more chapters while Hammer Maid is a bit romantic and is a short series. Blade Play is set on a virtual reality. Hammer Maid is set on a swimming facility. 

Both have a MC who partners up with a young maiden and a holy spirit in an attempt to rid the world of demons. In order to accomplish the task our MC must use his "holy" powers which activate by feeling up women. 

Both have funny and sexy hot scenes. Kangoku Gakuen is funnier but Blade Play contains actual 'action'. Both are mature rated and not suitable for young audiences. 

Both are smut/bordeline and mature themed. Unlike Nozoki Ana, Blade Play is funny and have no slice of life in it and simply focuses more on the grand mission the hero is obliged to do - to save and purify demons (girls) by having sex. 

Both are comedy and have the same atmosphere. Both manga have demons and angels having intercourse with the male protagonist. Both protagonist are funny and have similarities in terms of personality and situation they are set in. 

Both are mature rated and contains borderline ecchi and comedy scenes. 

These mangas both have similar humor. The art is pretty good for both of them. There are a few differences though. One blatant example is that Monster Musume is a harem. Anyways this manga is fairly short but it's light hearted like Blade Play, a fun read. Enjoy!
