The main protagist in both stories have a split personality and don't realize it at first. Also both girls are being bullied by others. 

NANA doesn't really have split personalities like Othello...but regardless, they're alike. I read Othello whenever I was 8, it was one of the first series I read. They're both about music...and let's see...the art is similar, and Yaya's split personality's name is Nana? I thought Yaya was like Nana Komatsu and Nana was like Nana Osaki. 

Both Mangas star girls who create strong split personalities in order to protect themselves from bullying. 

Both are about a weak person in High School, who happen to have split Personalities, that take up the role of "Punishing" those who bully the alter ego. Though Othello is also a romance, and a bit more serious. 

Both manga's have the type of two faces (double personallties) people in hopes of stopping bullying, love, and make the weeker person feel or act stronger.  

They both center around a girl (Momo, Yaya) with insecurities about themselves who during their respective series become stronger individuals, learn more about themselves, and fall in love all while enduring a series of trials ranging from the dramatic to the far-out whackiest. Both are must reads for any fan of romance/shoujo comics~  

Both focus on female leads that are outsiders to the school they are attending in. 

Both have gothic lolita fashion style, as well as also sharing unusual girls who wear that, and it also share themes of double identities from different people as well too. 

Both are music themed storylines with edgy aesthetics and character designs. 

Both are a fashioned and music themed stories staring an edgy mc as well as a focus between partnerships with friends. 

Both plots focus on punishing corrupt people as well as a young female mc in it as well. 

Both shoujo feature characters with a dual identity dark side as well as having a gothic themed story as well too. 

These both share the common element of a split personality, with the base personality being quiet/shy and the split personality being violent/crazy. Change is way ecchi, but they both deal with a kind hearted guy who is trying to help the girl out. 

Similar plot features, the female main character has a multiple personality disorder, and this interferes with the romance between her and the male main character. 

both are about troubled girls with little no self esteem both focus on the transformation of these girls ( looks & personality ) both of the guys are out of their league .. both are bullied by people they consider best friends .. the art is also very similar I thought it was the same mangaka at first if I continue I'll never stop , in short if you like one you'll most definitely like the other  

Has the same saddness, with a plot and an inkling of a darker tale underneath it all. 

Both have gothic aesthetics to it and reserved female leads with a vengeful side to them and of course giving the bad guys what they deserve too.
