Both of these serialisations feature a group of extremely perverted male characters and their interactions with a group of females.

Swimming, a high school setting, and prevalent ecchi typify both of these serialisations.

Known for their ecchi gimmicks, Nana to Kaoru and Hantsu x Trash has your typical MC who gets acquainted with some very attractive women. In both series, they get into very controversial circumstances with them that almost always gets them into trouble. Additionally, there is a very peculiar chemistry that develops between the MC and the main female character. Hantsu x Trash is also known for its additional element of water sports.

Both focusing sports (Water Polo) Hantsu in other hand is more ecchi than My Heart Is Beating.

The MC in both manga joins the sports club because of the girl he likes, in both manga the girl is extremely focused on the sport she practices causing the MC to become better at the sport he is interested in so that he will be noticed by the girl he likes.

Similar amounts of ecchi / nudity and some attempt at a plot, both were enjoyable to read and better than they first appeared

Both are romance and ecchi that use ecchi to advance story points. Minamoto-kun is more closely related to smut, so be warned. Both feature male characters growing into men, and character progression is the focus of both, not the ecchi.

Hantsu x Trash is an ecchi version of Slam Dunk. Both main characters start of confessing and being rejected. Both they're lives in the beginning are somewhat boring. Both join a sport, basketball and water polo, mainly to get involved with a girl who is with the team. They both begin to enjoy the sport and have an amazing jumping ability. They're main goal is to get so good that it'll impress the girl in their hearts. Overall both mangas will teach you about the sport. Major difference are the teams motivations and goals for being in the team.
