In reality the stories are quite different. The bride of the water god is a story that most likely takes place in historic Korea. The female lead also is married to a god, who is a man in a child's body. It's very magical, or fantasy, based. While on the other hand Pellua Iyagi takes place in what seems like in medieval France or England. The female lead is a women born with everything and the male is a count of a foreign country. Although these historical romances are set in different eras, there are some similarities and I think readers who enjoyed Zettai Heiwa Daisakusen would enjoy the Tale of Felluah. If you like the medieval setting in Princess you might like Pellua Iyagi (Tale of Felluah). These fantasies both have traditional medieval castle settings and nobility as their main casts and arranged marriages and the problems going along with them. Princess is a long running series while Felluah is a newer ongoing one.

However, the female leads, Maria (Akuma to Love Song) and Orthez (Pellua Iyagi), have similar personalities: intelligent, perceptive, emotionally strong, and often stoic. They are unafraid to speak their minds. They carry a kind of confidence that sets them apart from the rest, and, indeed, they capture the attention of all, for better or worse. Maria must deal with classmates who alienate her while also dealing with past events  read more
