The plots are different, but the art and juicy scenes are very similar! Also the comedy/silliness are at par. Prince of Recipe is complete whilst Mousou Elektel is still ongoing. 

A group of diverse young men begin sharing an apartment, resulting in silly and romantic situations between certain residents. RnO focuses primarily on one couple and alludes to another, while Room Share has at least one chapter dedicated to all the characters. Overall they're lighthearted and sweet and are pleasant reads for anyone looking for BL with minimum drama (though chapter two of Room Share contains a trigger warning for rape).  

SD and RnOs are very cute and emotional manga. Although the developement of the relationship between the maincharacters might be called typical, both stories have their own special twist or topic making them more unique. Definitly worth the time and a good, light read! 

Both mangas focus on the relationship between four boys in a comedic way. I think the art in both mangas is very beautiful and similar. While Nijiro Days isn't a BL manga, both groups of boys help each other with romance as well as other situations 

Both series are actually pretty similar in certain aspects. Kitchen Princess and Recipe No Oujisama (roughly translated as The Prince Of Recipe; heck, similar titles even) are about our protagonists who strive to become a professional cook since they possess godly cooking skills. Both our protagonists also share similar pasts where they met a boy who "saved" them with food. While trying to achieve their dreams, they become acquainted with their love interests, and they slowly realize there's a possibility that their love interests are the boys they met as children. The difference here is that Kitchen Princess is shoujo while Recipe No Oujisama is BL. Kitchen Princess is much longer and spans 50 chapters while Recipe No Oujisama is short and spans only 8 chapters. While Recipe No Oujisama is light-hearted, Kitchen Princess is slightly darker due to some tragic events that happen in the story. Still, both are sweet romance stories anyway. read more 

A lot of boys sharing this same apartament. Exploring not only frendship but also love~ One of them is responsible for making all the dishes to improve his skills. They have quite similar feeling, love/hate realtionships, easy-going plot. 

Gay man sharing a house and developing feelings towards each other. In both one of the man is very good at cooking, which attracts another man. 

Not the same story but they share the fact of the main character moved, for several circumstances, into a new room/residential and they found their love there, and there are weird neighbours/roommates. 

Thanks to his culinary skills uke finds a cheap place to stay on a house sharing basic and falls in love with one of the roommates.
