Manga: Film Girl
In both, the main heroine is hiding her true self, trying to be "normal". Both also had experienced previously a event that made them quit modeling. But, because of a man/boy, the heroine returns to modeling and finds their love for it still there. Dramatic Love Album is a oneshot so the story line is pretty quick but still good, Film Girl is a little longer with more stories but both are very good reads about modeling and the growth of the heroine.

The same author, so, similar style of art. Also, main character of Dramatic Love Album is very similar to Kyoko in Skip Beat! by personality and appearance too.
