If you are looking for a more realistic sensei shoujo romance try Sekai wa Happy de Dekiteiru and Daisuki Datta yo, Sensei - in both of these they do not meet in school and don't know about their teacher student status when they fall in love. Both are sweet and good romance stories that are enjoyable and both are by established mangaka's with nice art.  

The same? No but each blaze there own trail across the Teacher x Student frontier 

Both are about a student liking a teacher  

Student and teacher genre. That's probably the only similar thing about these two manga. Faster than a kiss is more lighthearted romance with lots of comedies. Daisuki datta yo, sensei has more slice of life feeling to it. 

Another student and teacher genre. 

Girl with problems meets an understanding guy, that later happens to be her teacher.  

Student X Teacher genre is there, but both have different approach. One thing that is similar about them is the feel of how both stories end. 

Both of them fall in love deeply although they are teacher and student they strive to keep their love blooming until graduation.
