Collection of short horror stories, while the ones featured in Fuan no Tane focuses on disturbing scenes that tries to cause a reaction of unease in the reader; Yami no Koe features background stories and characters more or less developed which get involved in terrifying situations. Anyway, both manga will sure be a enjoyable read for every horror fanatic out there.

Love always works very well in junji ito manga. The problems of not being able to come together usually, but in the end with meeting in another dimension or in other ways, especially I liked this episode in 'new voices in the dark' that I read now. Both manga should definitely be read

Due to common horror themes, some of Uguiso sensei's chapters are simmilar to Itou-sensei's ones and that's actually great because I've been looking for manga that is AT LEAST A BIT simmilar to Ito's for a long time, although Shibito no koe has a bit more comedy (which I enjoy anyway).

I think Junji Ito's best manga voices in the dark. glyceride was pretty scary, I went beyond disgust and really scared..The horror house was also beautiful. Gouon I expected the end to be more interesting. I can't wait to read the rest.

Both are anthology volumes that contain a series of horrific stories. Where Yami no Koe is more in line with the mystery of the horror bent on ruining things you once thought innocent, Kyoufu Kansen is more like a gory American made film on a low budget with gratuitous graphic violence.
